No. This tooling forms cosmetic bulk into the intended product shape. Packaging-shell injection tooling is a different product.
Can you quote from a reference image?
An image can start the discussion. A firm tooling quotation also needs dimensions, application, quantity and process requirements. We may request a drawing or sample to clarify the design.
Which material, cavity count and lead time should I choose?
These depend on your specific project. Share your formula, target output and timeline so they can be reviewed. Material, cavity arrangement, price and delivery timing are confirmed in the quotation.
How do I check formula compatibility?
Provide the intended formula and operating conditions for review. Agree whether a trial is required and what release, appearance and fit criteria will be checked before production approval.
