Define the application
A lipstick tip, broad blush surface and slim concealer stick solve different application needs. Share how the user should apply the product and which areas it is intended for.
STEP 02
Provide the dimensions
Include cross-section, overall length, exposed length, tip geometry and the base interface. For trays, provide container outer dimensions and real tube samples.
STEP 03
Review formula and release
Share the formula type and your established filling process. Geometry alone cannot confirm release behavior; a trial with the intended formula may be needed.
STEP 04
Agree the acceptance criteria
Define what will be checked: dimensions, visible surface, release, fit and filling workflow. Confirm these with the supplier before approving the production tooling.
